NEWLY QUALIFIED SOLICITOR
About the job:
F&C are looking for a newly qualified/2 years PQE solicitor to join their team. The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will ideally have a genuine passion for Commercial Litigation and have some working knowledge of all aspects of commercial litigation. You will have handled a mixed caseload of commercial litigation matters. The Solicitor should be able to demonstrate proven experience in the full litigation process and will work on all parts of the litigation process including disclosure, case management, drafting witness statements and attending trial. In addition, the Solicitor will partake in settlement, including informal settlements meetings, arbitration and mediation.
