Appeal Success in the Crown Court

Foster & Coleman were recently instructed to take over representation for a client who had lodged an appeal against a Magistrates Court conviction for a road traffic offence.
The appeal was listed before the Crown Court, and after hearing evidence and submissions from both the Prosecution and Defence the appeal was allowed and an order for defence costs made.
