GBH No Further Action

Foster & Coleman were recently instructed by a client following his arrest for an offence of Causing Grievous Bodily Harm. Our client gave a full and detailed account in interview, was released subject to pre-charge conditions, and has thankfully now been informed that the police will be taking ‘no further action’ against him.
