Money Laundering Instruction

Foster & Coleman have recently been instructed to take over representation for a client facing investigation for offences of Money Laundering.
Since becoming instructed we have been successful in submissions to the police that the pre-charge bail conditions were both excessive and un-necessary, and in fact bail was subsequently cancelled and our client released under investigation.
Enquiries are currently ongoing.
