More Police Station Success...

Foster & Coleman were recently instructed in relation to an investigation by West Midlands Police, where our client had been accused of an incredibly serious offence. Thankfully and following a thorough investigation the decision was made to take no further action against our client. We were subsequently delighted to receive the following feedback from the relieved family.
'When my Daughter was falsely accused of having committed a serious crime and subsequently arrested, a family friend strongly recommended that we contact Steve for advice and guidance.
Upon agreeing to represent my daughter, he immediately established an appropriate line of communication with the investigating officer, to ensure that my daughters concerns were fully understood and so that he could keep her abreast of the progress of the Police inquiries.
Four weeks after the arrest, the Police notified Steve that my daughter was no longer subject to investigation as there was nothing found to substantiate the allegation.
