'No Further Action' in alleged Sexual Communications with a Child

Foster & Coleman recently acted for a client following his arrest for allegations of Sexual Communication with a Child.
Our client was interviewed at length during which he categorically denied the offences, and stated that he knew nothing of the matters the police were investigating. He also provided all codes and passwords with which to access his phone and computer.
Following a lengthy and extensive investigation, the officer in the case confirmed that no offending material had been found, and that the decision had been made to take no further action.
