Retail Representation

Foster & Coleman were recently instructed to represent two separate luxury clothing retailers based in Central London in relation to an investigation and prosecution by the Health and Safety Executive.

The defendant companies appeared before the Court and following guilty pleas received financial penalties at the lowest end of sentencing guidelines. The prosecutions application for full costs was opposed successfully, with an order made for a contribution only.

Both companies were represented at the hearing by Miss Carolina Bracken of 5 Paper Buildings
